| I Will Not Die An Unlived LifeI will not die an unlived life I will not live in fear of falling or catching fire I choose to inhabit my days to allow my living to open me to make me more accessible, less afraid to live my life until it becomes a wing, a torch a promise I choose to risk my significance so that which comes to me as seed, goes to the next as blossom and that which comes to me as blossom, goes on as fruit Dawna Markova |

| If your ears can hear the swallowsand your eyes can see the sun if your lips can keep on smiling when you’ve lost instead of won though the shadows may be frightening but a voice within you sings through the thunder and lightning you will walk along with kings Geoff Smith |

| Tilicho LakeIn this high place it is as simple as this, leave everything you know behind. Step toward the cold surface, say the old prayer of rough love and open both arms. Those who come with empty hands will stare into the lake astonished, there, in the cold light reflecting pure snow, the true shape of your own face. David Whyte |

Our Deepest FearOur deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God, Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us; it’s in everyone As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others. Marianne Williamson |

Thus it IsFrom age to age, loves word rings forth The truth is true and all is well unconquerable life prevails Oh man, who’s strident dreams lead grave ward Return to calm and noble character of life Blaze forth pure virtue, depart false ambitions, restless schemes Busy thought and troubled feeling Trespass not in virtues wise serenity Where firm control and awful power, eternally abide Here earths pains are healed And cruel chaos of minds spawning Is called again to order and beauty Martin Exeter |

The InvitationIt doesn’t interest me what you do for a living. I want to know what you ache for and if you dare to dream of meeting your heart’s longing. It doesn’t interest me how old you are. I want to know if you will risk looking like a fool for love for your dream for the adventure of being alive. It doesn’t interest me what planets are squaring your moon… I want to know if you have touched the centre of your own sorrow if you have been opened by life’s betrayals or have become shrivelled and closed from fear of further pain. I want to know if you can sit with pain mine or your own without moving to hide it or fade it or fix it. I want to know if you can be with joy mine or your own |
